The location

 

We are located half way between the pretty Bastide villages of Issigeac and Eymet along the beautiful Dropt valley.​

The nearest town with boulangerie, supermarket and petrol station is Castillonnès.

The house and gîte are located within the 33 acre grounds overlooking the river Dropt valley. The house terrace looks out across the valley and swimming pool with far-reaching views.

Activities in the region

We are situated in the south of the Dordogne within 15 minutes of Bergerac and the airport. The area is famous for its wine and prune production, and the many beautiful medieval bastide towns that are within a short drive.​
