A lovely property in a picturesque setting. Amazing pool (which we used multiple times a day!) with the added bonus of the tennis court. A wonderful place to stay with the family and a great base from which to explore all that the local area has to offer.

What a wonderful holiday! We felt so lucky to have the use of a tennis court, and spotlessly clean infinity pool topped off with absolutely stunning views of the French countryside. Michelle was a great host and gave lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was always available to answer questions but also gave us complete privacy. We had the most amazing week the highlight of which was a recommendation from Michelle’s guestbook, a sunset horse ride to the Windmill of Tortres. Amazing! So much to do in the area we can’t wait to return. Thanks for a fabulous holiday.

We spent an enjoyable and relaxing week at this Gite with our two teenage daughters. The accommodation was spacious and in a very pretty location with stunning views. The highlight for us was the pool which was left entirely for our use, and the lovely new tennis court. Great facilities and good value for money. Michelle and Clive are very helpful too.

Absolutely fantastic place to call home whilst exploring a wonderful corner of France. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and the hosts Michelle and her husband Clive. The property is well-appointed, clean and very comfortable. Michelle was exceptionally accommodating, we look forward to returning again for another stay here soon!

I can’t recommend staying here enough. We had a fabulous two week stay, the photos are very accurate and it’s really a tranquil and beautiful place to spend some time. We (family of 4) managed to get a good balance of relaxing by the pool and day trips out to keep the kids entertained. There is a lot of variety of places to visit locally - we had some lovely meals in Eymet, went canoeing on the Dordoyne, visited several markets (nice wine tasting at Issegiac market!), two swimming lakes, boat cruise in Bergerac, horse riding and a visit to monbazillac chateau which is incredibly picturesque.
The views and pool in the property are so beautiful. You have to see it to believe it really. We also played a few games of tennis in Michelle’s beautiful court. Michelle gives you a lot of privacy and the pool was kept very clean for us.
Thanks again for an amazing holiday!

This property is absolutely fantastic- we would absolutely recommend it. The house was really spacious and comfortable. We loved having our meals on the terrace overlooking the pool and grounds which are even nicer than the pictures. The views were stunning. The pool is really big and private. The tennis court is excellent. There was loads to do in the surrounding area- we enjoyed visiting Chateau Bridoir, kayaking in the Dordogne, the night market at Eymet, the morning market at Issegiac, a boat trip from La Roque- Gageac. Michelle is a lovely host. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back in the future.

If you’ve found this place don’t hesitate to book as the property, location and host are truly wonderful. Accommodation is very spacious, and consideration has been given to everything you could possibly need. Outside is also spacious with a fabulous swimming pool, comfortable areas to lounge and eat, a great tennis court plus table football, boules and table tennis to enjoy. Mustn’t forget the most delicious plum trees to snack from. The location is rural and delightfully relaxing. Lots of picturesque villages nearby to explore with great markets to browse. You can also easily travel to enjoy fun water activities offered along the Dordogne. My family and
I had a wonderful time exploring the region with luxury of returning to the perfect
place at the end of the day. Michelle, the host is extremely helpful and friendly.
This place tickets all the boxes.

We really enjoyed our stay in Michelle's barn. The barn is set in a beautiful part of the Dordogne, just below Bergerac. The property is spacious and clean. Included were towels and all kitchen necessities. We thought Michelle was really friendly and helpful. The area is great for various day trips. We loved canoeing, visiting Bridoire en Duras Castle, plotting about in Villereal, Limeuil, Sarlat and Issigeac. The highlight of our stay was the infinity pool which we always managed to find around 3pm for a quick splash. We returned home well rested and well tanned. Thank you Michelle!

What a gem! We were nearly put off by the small number of reviews it had at the time we booked it ( the reason being, as we later found out, that it hadn’t been available for long as a holiday rental on AirBnb). We are so glad we went with our hearts and booked. The gite is much more spacious than it looks on the photos. Very
well equipped, clean and all you would need for a one or two week holiday. The
outside space was fantastic with a huge pool (not used by the hosts when we were in it during the whole of our two week stay), large garden area, and terrace eating area attached to gite plus a games barn with table tennis, table football and bbq. Michelle was very discreet but was available to help out or answer questions when needed. The gite and area around was quiet, so very peaceful during the day and at night, but was close by car to Bergerac, Eymet and Issigeac. It took about an hour to Beynac and Sarlat by car and just over an hour by train to Bordeaux .Worth canoeing on the Dordogne at Limeuil and a boat trip from Bergerac. Montbazillac Chateau worth a visit and we had a great cycle along the Lot and Garonne canal. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful holiday.
